Nice location; Nice villa with pool; Friendly staff

We were not informed at time of booking about an Indian wedding taking place during our stay. This wedding took hold of the swimming pools, the lobby and the beach. The focus of the whole staff didn’t went to giving us a relax stay but rather to making sure the wedding was good. If we would have known this on time, we would have chosen a different more quiet hotel. We understand it but didn’t appreciate the non-communication. Also breakfast was arranged according to the wedding as well as other services. The time we could spend at the pool, we were watched by all the work people of the wedding along with the noise of all their materials.

The bathroom features high-pressure water, and there's high-speed internet available. This is ideal for me as I need to work during this trip. The location is pleasantly quiet, providing a rejuvenating escape from the hustle and bustle of the city I came from.

Regrettably, there were certain aspects of my stay that did not meet my expectations. I encountered a mosquito problem within my room, which was rather inconvenient. Furthermore, the air conditioning compressor unit behind my room produced a loud noise when it restarted, causing disturbances. To add to my discomfort, I had an unfortunate experience when the housekeeping staff cleaned the room next door. The noise and the loud conversations among the staff made it challenging for me to concentrate and enjoy a peaceful atmosphere during my stay. I understand that these issues may be beyond your control at times, but I believe that addressing them would greatly enhance the overall guest experience. I was drawn to your establishment for its reputation of providing a serene and comfortable environment, and I believe that taking steps to resolve these issues would ensure that the reputation is upheld.

Rooms and surroundings are all great, we used bicycles provided by hotel to ride around and this was my mom’s favorite part of the stay, she still talks about it days after.

The beach!!! There was no beach so I think the photos here are deceiving. As hotel manager said we came the wrong month, however, considering boats all dock at this beach, I think the water is not clean to swim during other months anyway. When we came the beach was completely gone. However, hotel has a complimentary snorkeling trip so we still had a chance to enjoy swimming.

beach is a lagoon, not great for swimming, similar to lake, location is isolated but there is a nearby convenience store and some restaurants, however it does have peace and quiet with some nature hikes nearby, I think the private pool would have benefitted from a clean, facilities otherwise very clean

The area is quiet, the facilities and services are ok, helpfull staff. The resort itself is beautifully arranged. Large and bright room. The food was very good at the resort restaurant. The New Year's Eve party was very well organized, except that the food was brought up much too quickly.

There are many motor boats parked in front of the beach that pollute from time to time, noise and smell. Being located in the bay, the water is full of algae. But the pools are ok.

Privacy and lot of activity

The staff at this hotel were amazing, they couldn't make you feel special enough. We upgraded to the pool suite and this was absolutely beautiful. The food in the restaurant was a little expensive for Thailand prices, but tasted wonderful, well worth the expense. There was a nice day trip that was free of charge and a few on site activities.

It is clearly advertised that the hotel is well out of the way, I hadn't realised taxis on the island were so expensive, so this is an extra cost to consider. You could sunbathe on the beach, but not swim in the sea, snorkelling had to wait for the day trip to the island.

It s quiet / cosy and has style, not busy or touristic at all - recommended to relax, enjoy the lonely beach or start a boat excursion ! Contrast program against Chaweng beach ! The property itself is beautiful and with 2 pools - one only for adults and a good gym also good for some sport holiday !

Quite isolated and a bit pricey to buy the little extras. We used the free bikes to get around (no lights for cycling after dark).

It was really quite and relaxing location, small resort but has everything you need. Friendly staff and luxurious accommodations and excellent spa! Activity includes, kayaking, yoga, movie nights for kids.

We stayed here for 5 night as part of a trip around SE Asia. This is true lay a wonderful resort right on the beachfront with 2 lovely swimming pools. The breakfast is fantastic - there is a menu to order from and also a buffet to help yourself to. The rooms are large with VERY comfortable pillows and a nice bathroom. Complimentary water is supplied each day. Every detail down to the quality of the bathroom towels is considered, making this resort something quite special. The location is away from the main Chewang Beach area which wasn’t an issue for us. We rented a car from a local dealer and this made everywhere accessible. There is a 7-Eleven about a 10 minute bicycle ride away (bicycles supplies by resort for free). If you don’t want to rent a car but want to have access to the local towns, there is a shuttle service that leaves the hotel at 11 a.m and returns around 4pm. If you like to be in the middle of towns and in the thick of things, then this isn’t the place for you. If you like to be away from everything but still accessible by car, then this might be the place for you. Staff are amazing - on one of the days my Girlfriend wasn’t very well and they brought her plain toast to the room to help settle her stomach. Lovely people who make the resort what it is.

Only 2 things: 1. The restaurant is very expensive and as you are fairly secluded from anywhere else nearby, you will have to pay these high prices for food and drink unless you rent a car to travel further afield. 2. A 5,000 baht deposit is taken from your card when you arrive - if you spend any money in the resort on food and drinks for example, when you come to check out this is deducted from your deposit. The remaining balance is then transferred back onto your card. Unfortunately this takes up to 14 business days. This was a slight trouble for us as we are coming to the end of our holidays and slightly short on money, so waiting those 14 days will be a bit of an issue.
